We’re excited to announce our upcoming Meditation & Buddhism New Session and Tryout Classes at Buddha Jewel Monastery! Whether you are new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this is the perfect opportunity to explore.
我們很高興向您宣佈，佛寶寺即將舉行新一期禪修班暨說明會（試聽）！無論您是初學者還是希望精進禪修，這都是一個難得的好機會。

English Session 英文場: Tuesday, January 7th, 7 – 9 PM
Chinese Session 中文場: Friday, January 10th, 7 – 9 PM

Both sessions include 說明會內容:

Guided Meditation 靜坐與行香
Introduction to Meditation Class 禪修課程簡介
Student Sharing & Q&A 心得分享與小組問答

This session also marks the first day of our 10-week class series. If you attend, your participation on this day will count toward the course!
