Renovations include various spaces such as a main lobby, meditation hall, lecture hall, dining hall, conference room, library, children\u2019s room, etc. and will optimize all hardware to meet the current functional needs and code requirements such as high ceilings and comprehensive upgrades to mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems and equipment. The resulting facility will be barrier-free, with the addition of an elevator and new landscaping.<\/p>

Our goal is to transform the existing church space into an environment suitable to meditation and the study of Buddhism.<\/p>

In order to give back to the community, Buddha Jewel also actively cooperates with the Shoreline City government on the street improvement project as well as environmental conservation, in line with altruistic principles supported by the Dharma teaching, \u201cto benefit the self also benefits others.\u201d<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
