In these unsettling times, it is more important than ever to continue the Buddhist practice to develop a calm and peaceful mind. Of course, we benefit ourselves through practice, but we also benefit others as we learn to react to any situation with compassion.
If you are already meditating, reciting Heart Sutra or any of the other practices, we invite you to submit your practice each time. If you haven’t developed a regular habit yet, this is the perfect time to benefit yourself and work together with your Dharma friends.
